I like this one, pretty good. Click speedtest to start. You can also click File to download 10Gb to test real transfer rate.

Prefer to just use my Internet connection to be honest, and test it if things seem to be wrong. YMMV and I know some people are 'avid' speed testers.

EDIT: Just as an aside I'm pretty sure the TBB tester is fine at 1Gb. It's on a 10Gb network.

http://tbb.st/1501599734878922155 Seems the http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest is up to the task if the ISP/connection/computer are up to the task too.

Mine worked fine on Windows 10 Pro and even on Edge.
