FTTC Resigned

I am seriously consider to downgrade FTTC to ADSL2+ because I think I had enough with Fibre all over my mind with crazy. I think downgrade to ADSL2+ will going to relax me and stay off the subject FTTC, FTTP, FTTPoD etc.

The ADSL2+ connection is still fed by a fibre connection from the exchange out to the backhaul network.

Oh Max you have become all FTTP'd out. Try to find a woman.

Think yourself lucky you can get cable and get max line speed on FTTC.

Some of us here in TF2 are stuck on 60/20 and no cable.

Yes I am lucky indeed. I think it better to downgrade to ADSL2+ for back up. And use cable 350/20 for every days use. Best to forget FTTC, FTTPoD and FTTP and G. FAST because cable 350/20 would do me ok downgrade to ADSL2+ would save money than FTTC.

All depends what you use the cable connection for. Jitter / stable pings can be an issue on cable, all depends on the state of the network in your area.

FTTC to ADSL2+ has completed. Router has resync just a few moment ago.

All we need now is you to take a long required break from posting here, I'm sure there are some other forums your a member of you could ask the same questions on and be extremely obsessive.
