Back to "In Scope" on the openreach tracker?

So for the last 4 weeks, we had moved from "In Scope" to "Connecting" on the openreach tracker, now however it has gone back to "in scope". The cabinet we were set to be connected to (69) is still showing as going live by November 2017 on the code look site https://www.telecom-tariffs.co.uk/codelook.htm?xid=7...

Is this likely that we are now no longer being connected to that cabinet? This is immensely frustrating as it looked as if we some light at the end of a very long tunnel.

All the other properties in our area have also gone back to "in scope".

Codelook is sort of a raw feed out of BT and thus errors or transitional changes are not always fully explained

At end of the day if Openreach checker is saying in scope that thats all that can be said, in the past delving to get a date was possible and while you have a Nov 2017 one there are lots of things that may mean that changes.
