SNR at 2.1/8.5

I've seen a decent speed increase of nearly 15Mb/s when my download SNR dropped from 6dB to 3dB and it's now at 2.1dB and it's been at well below 3dB since last Friday.

I'm using an HG612 connected to a Huawei cabinet - as I understand it the reduced SNR rollout is only for Huawei cabinets.
