Sync speed way down after disconnect

Hi, I'm currently on BT Infinity 1 and was syncing with the full 55/ 10 for a stable 27 days (probably more but that is what is was when I last checked). Now after a disconnect my sync is 32/9 with a noise margin of 19.9db on down and 8.3db on up. Will I just have to wait for DLM to do its thing or is there a problem with my line?

A high noise margin often suggests the line is capped/banded. What modem do you have and do you have any detailed connection stats?

I'm using the BT Smart Hub. These are the stats:

Data rate: 9.14 Mbps / 32.69 Mbps
Maximum data rate: 9130 / 63075
Noise margin: 8.3 dB / 19.9 dB
Line attenuation: 20.2 dB
VPI / VCI: 0/38
Modulation: G_993_2_ANNEX_B
Latency type: Fast Path

If you haven't already, my plan A would be to turn the modem/hub off for half an hour and hope it synced normally after that!
