TTB to BT Infinity 2 Speed Drop

I was with TTB and was seeing around 71Mbps and have recently (2 weeks) switched to BT Infinity 2 and I am only getting around 64Mbps which does appear to be in line with the checker on the low end of a clean line. I am pretty close to the cabinet (can see it from my Window).

The cabinet is an Huawei cabinet so I recently switched to a HG612 (was using a Vigor 130) the speeds where the same on both btw, I didn't expect it to so anything other than I've read its best to use a Broadcom chip with the Huawei cabinets.

Please find my line stats below. Anything looks out of the ordinary? thanks in advance. It may just be the way of things but I *might* go back to TTB if the price rises affect me from BT since I only signed up two weeks ago!

Do you have a set of stats with you having the higher speed please? I'm particularly interested in the SNR margin.

It could be that the sync-time figure had been reduced to 5, 4 or even 3dB by the Openreach DLM, and has been reset on the migration. That would account for the drop, and it should self-correct in a while if that is what has happened.

Sorry I am afraid I don't because I only recently switched back to the OR modem

That's one of the things they don't tell you when you sign up with a new service provider is that it might take a few months to get the optimal speed you were getting before

Thanks for that. Maybe just stick with BT for a couple of months see what happens.

Just an aside - It looks like your sig is at least two ISPs out of date .

Can you have a look over my graph how is it looking? BT Infinity 2 Connection I am interpreting the results as pretty good (if I am right )

The reason for your speed drop is due to G.INP not being enabled yet on your line.

hmm ok, should I ask BT to enable that? or....?

Actually looks like DLM has to reactivate it on its own.
