"Ultrafast" for new homes in Scotland

An article in The Scotsman today says new homes in Scotland will get the fastest speed broadband in the UK.

Short on detail, this looks to me like the deal Openreach already have on offer for new developments of over 30 homes.

Nothing new except in this case the developers appear to have got their act together and getting BT/OR involved at an early stage.

Easy to write these things, the delivery is usually less efficient.
