what is an R cabinet

Rearrangement, so copper wiring is being shifted around to get lines to go through this cabinet.

Services will be the usual ones once its all live and ready for orders.

It�s a place holder numbering system used before the cabinet is fully planned. It will revert to a normal PCP numbering when planned and delivered.

While very often the case, there are a small number with the R designation now even once live
