We list Infinity 2 with a retail of £39.99 so people upgrading should use that as the guide.
Generally phoning up is the way to get the worst deal, firms prefer zero contact you doing it all online.
I just checked the BT Site just now and the 4 packages are prices as the following:
[Unlimited Infinity]
Speeds up to 52Mb
£35.99 a month (inc BT Line Rental)
£41.99 a month after 18 months
£9.99 P&P for for Kit.
[Unlimited Infinity 2]
Speeds up to 76Mb
£45.99 a month (inc BT Line Rental)
£63.99 a month after 18 months
£9.99 P&P for for Kit.
[Unlimited Infinity 3]
Speeds up to 200Mb
£54.99 a month (inc BT Line Rental)
£54.99 a month after 18 months
£59.99 for Kit.
[Unlimited Infinity 4]
Speeds up to 300Mb
£59.99 a month (inc BT Line Rental)
£59.99 a month after 18 months
£59.99 for Kit.
Not too sure if they have the prices wrong for Infinity 3 and 4 due to the prices for Infinity 2 after the 18 months is more than Infinity 3 and 4, plus only £5 difference between Infinity 3 and 4.
Also I got a good deal over the phone which was a fair bit cheaper that what they have listed online.
So you can get a good deal over the phone, but I have always been able to get good deals over the phone.
The thing to also do is check the prices online before phoning, that way you know the max price you need to aim for or below when phoning.
Sure you have to re-sub for another 18 months, but in my case I am not going to get a better deal for the package I have else where.
