Question about "E" cabinet

Here are the details of the cabinets in my exchange area:

The FTTC cabinets are P1-P7, and I'm on cabinet P7. However I'm interested in this one:

Cabinet E_11 : FTTC doing Field Survey, live due by December 2017 : Phase SEP Kent 18a : Huawei

It's been like this since at least last October, and I've been waiting to see it change status, but nothing so far. There's also no postcode or other indication of its possible location.

Anybody know what an "E" cabinet is? Is it likely to be a G.fast extension to an existing cabinet, or a new infill FTTC cabinet?

Usually a new cabinet that EO (Exchange Only) lines will be moved to offering them FTTC.

The E_11 refers to a bundle of cables that in this case look likely to be moved to a new cabinet and VDSL2 offered, other bundles may be included depending on wiring topography and geography of area.

The E_ designation has existed for years, so if people lookup and see this, it does not guarantee that there is an unannounced FTTC cabinet on the way.
