I'm interested in people's experiences of their ISPs backhaul. Which ISPs are generally better or worse at resolving backhaul issues in a timely fashion and which are not? I see this as being the main difference between a good and a poor FTTC ISP as it often comes up as a cause of issues and complaints.
I would have to thought price was the main factor but with Zen having issues (as well as Vodafone) it doesn't seem to be a good indicator.
Makes me wonder what all the cut price deals do to in network investment and if overall quality would improve if all ISPs charges were on a level playing field.
