G.Fast spotted in Aberdeen

So, I've started seeing what I thought was G.Fast pods around aberdeen recently, but was convinced they weren't as Aberdeen was never listed in the pilot rollout.

But this evening I have decided to pull an address for a house near one of these pods and right enough, DSL Checker shows it as planned.

so, are we now into a wider roll out and is there any what to find out when my cab will be upgraded?

They have been rolling out to non trial areas for a while now.
G.Fast now shows on the BTw Broadband Checker for cabinets who have G.Fast planned but not yet installed.

Sadly, my current address and the house I am in the process of buying both just show VDSL, no G.Fast

But then again we are meant to be getting Vodafone FTTP all over the city in a year or so, so not all bad
