500Mbps and 1Gbps FTTP ISP's

I am moving premises next month and been advised it will have openreach FTTP available so I might be able to save some money on a leased line for my requirements. Does anyone know any ISP's offering the 500Mbps and 1Gbps FTTP products I see are now available as I am struggling to find any.

If not is there a list of ISP's providing the 300/50 service?

The Openreach FTTP services, not aware of anyone who actually sells the 500 and 1000 Mbps versions yet

Spectrum Internet are advertising both 500 and 1000 services, though they seem very expensive.

I suspect only available to those living in SW England /S Wales where Spectrum have LLU�d the exchange.
