How do you tell if an cabinet expansion is for G.Fast?

How do you tell if an cabinet expansion is for G.Fast or just more lines?

the reason I ask is i know im connected to cab 2 but it has the extra box attached to the side and another cab on the opposite side of the path that is much bigger.

Im just trying to work out if any of it might be for g.fast or not.

The 2nd picture with the number 2 on the cabinet has the g.fast pod attatched

If the extension pod has vents its for G.Fast, otherwise its just a PCP extension.

Thankyou. Is there any way to tell at what point it will go active? Is it reliant on anything else happening further upstream?

There is much to do in the handover exchange and some of the equipment is in short supply

When the checkers say its live it is live.

Upstream, yes the larger 10 Gbps exchange handover links being present for the wholesalers to ensure that large numbers of users are not congesting at peak times.
