Fibre drop outs?

Does anybody know whats happening here?
It does it like this alot for 2 to 3 minutes at a time at night and in the day?

The router is dropping sync.

The commonest cause for this is an incorrect set up within your property. Can you describe what�s connected to the phone line and where. Extension wiring, filters and the like ?

Some line stats would be useful too, attenuation, sync rate, SNR, etc.

These details might help this forum to diagnose the cause.

Does the telephone line have good clear dial tone when tested ?

You are resyncing the VDLS2 link so often that DLM is capping the sync from 39,999 to 35,000.
If it continues to resync then DLM will drop the sync even further.

This can be extremely difficult for the line to recover from so I would either replace the broken modem or get your ISP on to it right away.

What modem is it out of curiosity?
