FTTP Coming - Can anyone confirm this please?

I'm on an exchange which until now hasn't made it to any stages of fibre roll out apart from two cabinets privately funded by a business park and and out of city BDUK project.

Checking on Openreach's checker this morning has prompted the following,

Your area is currently in our plans to be upgraded with Fibre to the Premises (FTTP), however we follow a different design and build process for FTTP so you won't see updates at each stage. Once the engineering work is completed there is a commissioning period of up to eight weeks before an order can be placed. The confirmation is the checker saying it is on the way.

Some premises on cabinet 47 are also showing the message.

NOTE: The timeline may be a few months or a year or two
NOTE: Just because some premises are getting it does not meant everyone on the exchange is, individuals will need to check there address.

It seems to say the same for everyone on the exchange, apart from EO lines at Cadburys.

I think this might be another false alarm
