I've come across another error in my local area whilst trying to help out a neighbour so they can apply for a DCMS Better Broadband Scheme grant to install a fixed wireless service as their BT ADSL line is painfully slow, typically running at around 0.5Mb and often dropping sync completely.
At the moment the voucher has been refused by the scheme as the BT DSL database is indicating that they can get a full 80/20 from their nearest FTTC cabinet which is obviously an error as the cabinet is over 6km away from their house.
Can anyone help to get the error resolved so they can apply for the Better Broadband Scheme voucher?
