FAO Mr Saffron Availability Checker Database Inconsistencies

Dear Mr Saffron, please can you assist?

A newly built property has no FTTC availability despite being very close to an enabled cabinet (Bovey Tracey 17).
No line installed at the moment but wish to order but says only ADSL available. Neighbouring property has FTTC available & is served from the same cabinet.

Postcode is TQ13 9TZ Unit D

Property that has FTTC available is unit A

If it's a new build then you simply need to order a line and it shouldbecome available.

Unit A is the only unit with FTTC availability.

Correct, its a very new postcode as not in the ONS list either, so ordering the phone line should trigger the updates.
