Do i get fiber??

Hi
Sorry in advance for the long post

I'll move soon to a new flat (new build) and I'm trying to understand If I can get fiber or not

I've first tried to get it with the major providers (sky, vodafone, EE, plusnet, BT) and i've been told that fiber doesn't arrive at my address, just regular ADSL.
I've tried to check the address at https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/ and in the VDSL section i have "Waiting List"
If i use this check https://www.homeandbusiness.openreach.co.uk/fibre-br... I have the message "Your area is enabled for Superfast Fibre but demand is high on your cabinet right now."

I've then found a provider called "Freeola" that when doing the check with post code and address says that I can get fiber in the flat..
I've now tried with the suggested link in the forum http://labs.thinkbroadband.com/local and it says that I should get the "Superfast broadband"... however the website doesn't check the address, just the post code

who shall i believe?
I don't have access to the flat yet (i'll be the first person there) and I don't think there is a line there, so no phone address as well..

Without the postcode and house number, you can Private Message it, then impossible to say much.

Waiting list usually means that the VDSL2 cabinet (Fibre to the Cabinet) is there, but orders are on hold until more capacity has been added. Hence the Openreach checker talking about high demand.

The https://labs.thinkbroadband.com/local should have in the notes are mentioned if the postcode is served by multiple cabinets and technologies - what did it say there.

That all suggests that the flat has access to "SuperFast" via OpenReach FTTC (Fibre to the cabinet).

However that cabinet is currently full so only ADSL can be ordered until such time the cabinets isn't full (either by cabinet expansion, new cabinet or existing customer cancelling).
