Preparations for Fibre?

Hi everyone

There are only several parts of our exchange that cannot receive Fibre including ourselves. We were meant to be connected in 2015 and a Cabinet was built but never connected due to unforeseen issues that where deemed too cost to rectify. We had further issues this time last year which I posted about.

In the last couple of weeks a lot of poles have appeared (see below) that come from the direction of the exchange and go the route from the exchange along the 3 roads that have yet to be fibre enabled. They seem to go for nearly 4 miles. Would the poles in the photo be generally be used to carry the fibre line to the cabinet as well as the electric lines?

I might be wrong, but they look like poles to hold power lines.

From the cross arm and insulators style that is/was an 11kV line possibility being dismantled.
