DSL Checker Observed Speeds

I have notice that DSL Checker has updated new layout when enter telephone number with observed speeds for VDSL (and maybe G.FAST as I don't have it) and it also addition of FTTP not available.

It appears to be down at the moment. Returning a 404 error for queries.

It works for me from the old URL I have bookmarked, which redirects to the right place:

I also notice the new section "Observed Speeds", showing the actual VDSL download and sync speeds seen (albeit as of last month)

Thanks, that works. I'm not getting an "observed speeds" section for VDSL as i don't have FTTC, however for my FTTP line there's an extra bit of of info which didn't exist before:

ONT exists with active service. A spare port is available. A new ONT may be ordered.

Maybe BT/Openreach are offering me a free 'upgrade' from the 4 port to 1 port ONT? No thanks BT, I'll stick with what I have

Edit: Also no more ' 1 stage' or '2 stage' in FTTP Install Process section.

Working for me.

Well I can only check by NAD Key + District ID or by full address due to my actual phone line is FVA.
But I also see the same message:

I also don't see any "observed speeds" section either.

I also think I will stay with my current 4 port ONT LOL

Because it is one�s highest recorded sync speed that is shown . Yours is whatever it says on your product.

The cab is G.Fast enabled, but I'm too far away. At least it actually mentions G.Fast for the first time!
