G.Fast LCROS CAB 24 works

G.Fast has been rolling out around the area for the last 4 months or so but nothing has happened with our cab 24 I suspect no enough room has been left to put on the G.Fast pod, the last week Morrisons have been down digging up the road and have put a new cab about 20 meters closer to my house, the description on the Lancashire CC website is as follows

Anyone care to translate what this mean

Adding additional VDSL port capacity by proving new duct and jointbox (presumably to connect to the new cabinet you have seen) for the tie cables, and create space in pcp using compression and possible resell.
