Can't order FTTC, but Openreach say it's available.

Hi,

Could someone help with my question, I've done some digging but no real info comes up.

The postcode CB11 3DD shows that FTTC is available on the Openreach checker site.

But codelook says the cabinet is ADSL only and ISPs also say ADSL only.

Cabinet is. Newport, Saffron Walden, Essex. Cabinet P1.
I assume if FTTC is available then the cab is full.

Thanks for any help
