Hampshire BDUK wave 2 been pushed into 2020

As some of you already know, I'm waiting for fttp arrive, after being told by OR and the Hampshire BDUK team that i will get fttp at some stage. The official website said this will completed by 2019. I finally contacted OR a third time and they now say that my postcode has now slipped into 2020.

Obviously i'm not privy to other sites being delayed by Hampshire bduk but if anyone else in Hampshire is awaiting upgrades to vdsl or fttp via the scheme, i'd contact openreach via twitter.
