TalkTalk DB Error?

Hey all, I have just moved to a new address but have an odd issue.

TT show this address as only getting ADSL (up to 4mb) but all the addresses around here are showing FTTC 50Mb+.

All other sites show fttc is available here. How do I go about fixing this issue with TalkTalk?

It is shared accommodation so I am just helping the landlord get this sorted for the 4 of us staying here.

By ADSL do you mean ADSL2+. since TalkTalk don't sell ADSL - which is the only option a small number of exchanges.

Its down to chasing TalkTalk from your side or picking another provider

Its ADSL2 yes, I have talked to the land lord and they are going to chase it up with TT.

Is it definitely a Talktalk database issue?

What does the BT Broadband Availability Checker show for your address?

I checked this already.

This address on the BT Checker shows as FTTC available @ 50-80mb.

Its JUST talktalk that say only upto 4mb on ADSL2+ is available.

If other addresses on the same exchange with VDSL2 available show availability then does point to TalkTalk issue, if none show it then maybe they are not selling service from exchange currently.
