It is a short line and the sync speeds dont seem too bad although I have seen faster in my time The interleaving being on means there's errors which should now be being corrected at the expense of a few ms ping time.
The price I couldn't comment unless I knew what package you was on and in which country to allow me to see what is good for where you are.

Well this is a mainly UK (United Kingdom) forum and you originally asked if the price you paid for your internet was typical. Given where you are saying you receive internet, we won't really be able to help with tat type of question.

it's not important where you are or where we are
it's important what type of internet i have good or bad[$price]?

The price people pay for services like internet varies hugely over the world and there are also variables such as whether the price includes the line rental.
As for speed, 18.3Mbps down and 1.8Mbps up is very good for ADSL but if you are paying USD50 per month that does feel like a lot compared to UK prices. Over here we are usually asked to pay between £25 and £30 for out of contract ADSL packages, including the line rental. It tends to be towards the lower end of that price range.

if you are paying USD50 per month that does feel like a lot compared to UK prices. I believe the answer to this should be related to the cost of living (including income) in Kurdistan and not trying to compare it with another country just by how many Dollars or Dinar it costs.

With extra chilli sauce it is around £8.50 however when in LA maybe just $4.99

But how big is the kebab and how many chips do you get? How does it compare to other kebab places in the local area? Is the kebab good quality meat or off cuts from the local horse factory? Do they deliver?
So many different variations to consider.

The £8.50 comes from a hand built stack of high quality lamb - I know the owner. Whereas a $4.99 one could be anything - probably mechanically recovered or offcut from "any where cheap" - hence the nickname "Shergar Burgers!"

So many different variations to consider. Its always best to live close to a kebab shop, the further away you live the poorer the delivery service is.

Theres a place near Blackbushe Airport (other suppliers are available) which makes the pre loaded donner skewers to wholesale out ... that place smelled interesting.

When you were at you previous area, did you ever try Elite Kebabs in Maidenhead?

Nah, fraid not.
They were a staple in my unhealthy misspent youth ..... nuff respec to Mos Kebabs which parks up in the main Henley-on-Thames car park of an evening. .... and prior to that, the kebab and fish and chip place by Northfields tube station in West London ..
They were the very best.

If you ever get back - give it a try.
The owner turned up at a shoot on frosty a New Years Day with a portable kebab machine and one of his hand made donner skewers!

Pheasant - that is pleasant food!
Good value for£45/month would be Grouse, Woodcock or Ptarmigan.
