who I do complain to at openreach to get the status of my line amended to I can get G.fast.
There is 11 houses on my cul de sac. All but 2 of them can get G.ast on the DSL checker despite all having the same VDSL attenuation figures and same line lengths. There is a guy who works for openreach and he has confirmed we are all on the same DP.

I would first try this form: https://www.formwize.openreach.co.uk/run/survey3.cfm...
It can take a while, but has been successful in the past for me.
Else, last resort is the CEO email!

G.fast are a complete waste of time. See ISPreview on Martin Pitt below:

It might be a waste in hindsight, but if the infrastructure is there then it makes sense to use it.

I assume you've checked the vdsl2 router stats for every property & you're seeing more or less the same ds attenuation values on all? Otherwise if its just something an Openreach employee has told you, then take it with a pinch of salt.

Yes I have personally seen the stats from 3 of my neighbors routers.

Yeah when ever I have been looking into stuff for friends I have always Tweeted them a DM.
They are very fast in replying and have been helpful in the past, so its worth a try.
Please note though they might not be able to answer everything.

Can always try - fairly high rate of success with FTTP, and when the VDSL2 infill started used to get a good number of those sorted out too.
