Apologies if incomplete question. Newbie here.
Had some outages/interruptions this weekend. Then complete line failure. Remedies (in part) 5 December but I have some doubts about the work. Please see the photo of the point at which the copper cable passes from the depths to the external junction box. There is an exposed (75mm) section of copper cable passing into the box. Fault must have been due to external interference, as cables were damaged. Corvids, or squirrel most likely! Cable remade (insulating tape?) but still unsecured and open to damage. Have raised the issue with UW as the cause of the fault has not been fixed. Am I right, or am I being fussy? Thanks.
