Anyone using NOW TV FTTC broadband service?

I was miffed last week when BT dug a trench through the place where I usually park my car but cheered up by the news that I can now get a FTTC connection.

Has anyone experience of NOW TV as a broadband provider? I used a NOW TV stick to watch cricket during the summer and found them very good to deal with.

Yes we are using NOW TV�s FTTC service. It�s effectively Sky. Solid connection, no problems. Was on Sky FTTC for about 6 years then switched to NOW TV - pretty much the same service but cheaper. There�s no equivalent of Sky Talk Shield but don�t care as we don�t use the landline.

I'm on NowTV FTTC. As previously mentioned it's just Sky with a different logo on the router. Had it for nearly a year and never had an issue, very happy indeed. I've heard from someone that customer service can be a bit of a pain when you have a problem, but I've never needed to contact them myself.

I will see what my present ISP (Timico) can offer and may well move to NOW TV in the New Year.
