How long to order from build complete

Hi,

I notice on the last list published by Openreach for the Fibre First rollout that Chelmsford is now "Build Complete". Any idea or guestimate on how long from there to being able to order?

If build complete one would expect a couple of thousand already able to order but last look there was no obvious Fibre First ready to order - of course things may have changed since sometimes they release a large swathe of an exchange in one sweep

What does the fibre checker on https://www.openreach.com say for your property.

I�m just curious as to when I can order as stuck at 40/10 when previously (before I moved) I had 80/20..

Impossible to say.

Build Complete does not always seem to be they've stopped and gone elsewhere as on some other older ones have continued to find new bits appearing for a couple of months.

Even if you have seen someone testing the fibre in the pavement outside the house and everything is present, it can be a few weeks from that point to it appearing on the checker as available to order from ISP

Thought that maybe the case but thought I would ask anyway.
