FTTP install

Hi,

Does anyone know roughly how long it would take Openreach to get permission for some temporary traffic lights so a pole can be replaced. A friends fibre install is being held up until this work has been done. Not helped by BT cutting the phone line and FTTC broadband off being the FTTP install has been completed.

I believe it will depend on the type of road, how busy it is, which local authority and any health and safety considerations.
