However, https://www.bt.com/broadband/deals says "Great news - You could be doing more online with Full Fibre 900" - with my address - and *does* show all the products up to 900. (But oddly, not the 80/20 package).

Well whaddya know: today https://www.bt.com/broadband/deals offers me Fibre Essential (FTTC), Fibre 1 (50/10) and Fibre 2 (74/20), but *not* the higher speeds any more.

Looks like they are having problems building a reliable and consistent availability checker.

Me too, i'm thinking of cancelling my cancellation from cerberus for the next month now.. not good at all

Ha, lucky you. Mine got stuck in limbo-land, order just sitting there in "delayed" stage. I'll just let them figure it out, they're probably excessively busy.

Oh I hadn't seen that, in fact the upload speed strangely went up first followed by the download speed a bit later.

Resetting the router fixed that by what I've read online.

Paper clip in the back of the router or via the UI interface.

I'm not using a BT router which might explain it
