FTTC upgrade after temp ADSL in house move not poss...

HI all - a family member has been waiting for FTTC to be activated as promised by BT after moving home and being put on ADSL first... now been told it can't happen due to that aspect of order management is handled by the team in India and the lockdown has stopped all those processes.

Just verifying that is the case and to ask if anyone else is in the same boat? Cheers!
