Slow fibre but G.fast available?

[link to this post]

I've been doing a bit of research on where G.fast is and isn't available in my community using the BT availability checker, and I've come across a small number of bizarre results, one of which I've screenshotted - see below. I presume this is just an error in the database, unless anyone can explain? It states that the max fibre speed is 17.5Mbps, but G.fast is available. From what I've seen there doesn't tend to be G.fast availability when the regular VDSL2 speed drops a bit below the full 80Mbps.

Looks like an error or line is attributed to the wrong cabinet, or edge case one of the original G.fast mini pods in pavement chamber trial area.
