I think Halo 2 costs a minimum of £3 p/m, Complete Wi-Fi costs £5 p/m, but you might need to check those prices.
Yeah Halo 1 is free and is what you get given by default, its Halo 2 that you pay for, they do try to sell that paid service to you, but you can say no to that paid one.
I think Halo 2 might get you home Tech visits unless I read that wrong.

And it shows Full Fibre 900 for £59.99, but we were quoted over the phone £54.99, so it pays to upgrade over the phone, we also don't have their
Complete Wi-Fi, so that might add to the cost as well.
I was asked when upgrading from Fibre 250 to Full Fibre 900 if we wanted also upgrade to Halo 2 and add Complete Wi-Fi I said no to both of them.
