Cityfibre FTTP - missed premises

Morning all,

Anyone got any ideas how to find out why Cityfibre have missed part of a road including my property during their FTTP rollout? I've tried going via TalkTalk (UFO) and they advise we were on the initial plans but got pulled and they don't know why.....

Any help appreciated!

I signed up for it two days ago as I know they will be building in my town, but I received this response.

"Unfortunately, we are not currently building in your area but we regularly announce new towns and cities across the country. We will keep you updated if there are any changes about the build in your area."
I'm hoping this changes and i also hope they return to your street.
