Another postcode that I can't find any corresponding broadband options for, this time it's PO15 5RQ. Ofcom checker says 1000Mbps symmetric, I'm at a loss as to what the provider might be.

Ofcom would need to answer you.

They do include some metro networks and leased lines in their data, thinkbroadband does not.

The author of the above post is a thinkbroadband staff member. It may not constitute an official statement on behalf of thinkbroadband.

It would be strange to count leased lines I think, since then the majority of the country could get symmetric 10Gbps.

There doesn't seem to be a way to get Ofcom to respond to these sorts of queries, so I'll just chalk this one up to a database error, or an unknown provider that is bad at marketing.

Checking that postcode in the OR checker, my guess is that the Segensworth Business Centre has its own in-house ISP offering, which is effectively reselling a leased line to its tenants.
