FTTP map updates

[link to this post]

How long does it take from FTTP being available to appearing on the Think Broadband coverage map?

I ask as I note there are a few post codes near me that show as having fibre available on the BT checker but not on this site's map.

B61 7HD
B61 7HE
B61 7HJ

I imagine there are a number of others around there too.

I'm not sure how long it's been available there for.

Some that went onto map/checker today only went live yesterday...

Those you gave will appear in checker with the 2nd update of the evening, 1st went in just before seeing this post.

Holding off of starting map render now till have a look around that area.

We lag Openreach Live figure by around 8 to 10 weeks, but some of that is new build that is built but the postcode is not in the ONS PD set (i.e. what council and location a postcode is, tells us nothing about number of premises or broadband).

Now back to cooking dinner

You look to have got the ones in that area.

Do you like to be notified of areas with FTTP that are not on your map or is it easier for you and preferable for you to wait until the info comes through from Openreach.

I ask as I think there are some other areas around here with the CBT on the poles which are marked on the maps.

Did find more in the exchange area, there will be a 3rd update today shortly - or is it the 1st update of Saturday now.

Map will start updating in the morning once the majority of levels. have rendered.

So if missing clusters feel free to let me know.

In the north of Bromsgrove these postcodes are in an area I know that has fttp available and I suspect that some of the smaller roads off of these have it too.

B61 0HG
B61 0JJ
B61 0JP
B61 0LG
B61 0LX
B61 0LY

I've not noticed it being widespread through the rest that area yet though.

I've noticed a few more areas on the Bromsgrove exchange with fttp available:
B60 3AH
B60 3AQ

There's also a lot of areas on the nearby Hillside exchange (Barnt Green) with fttp:
B45 8NW
B60 1BS
B60 1BB
B60 1BD
B60 1BY
B60 1EX
B60 1PZ

Those lists are by no means exhaustive, I was just picking some of the streets I know have it available. I'm not sure how long they've been connected up, but I'd say some of them have been for more than 8 weeks.
