Is this congestion?

Hi guys, I don't really want to post the whole thread here, but I have a thread on the BT forums about some congestion issues. It's the typical 8pm slowdowns. I provided proof etc. BT staff have had SVLAN monitored and they said the report they got showed no congestion. All of my evidence so far shows otherwise. I tried to add in as much as possible in my most recent post showing tonights congestion.

Can you guys think of any other reasons why this could happen? Or if there is something I can ask BT to check, other than the SVLAN?
