Did you have the old black Vodafone router with the rounded edges, or the newer rectangular one? I've seen reports that the first routers had terrible modems in and would cause DLM to intervene and reduce rates until they were replaced.

No, one of the newer rectangular ones.

Sorry, I cannot read the figures in your link, enlarging it to a readable size makes it blurry, and unreadable.

Re .. Uptime: 21 hours 30 min 35 sec
do you keep disconnecting it ?

re Interleave depth: 1569 1

Let the exchange equipment do it's work and do not disconnect you modem/router for a 2 weeks or more then check it.

No, not repeatedly. That was me connecting a new router yesterday. I know not to keep messing with it and let DLM do its thing. I feel it's stuck, if that's even possible. It never seems to achieve fastpath.

Incidentally, SNR eventually hit zero a few minutes ago and the line retrained itself.

The cabinet had g.fast commissioned 2 years ago. Its availability to nearby addresses has already been confirmed by the OP.

It says that G.INP is not enabled, did you leave it off or are you on an older ECI cabinet? That could be another issue with speed perhaps.

You know when something isn't known to work well but it actually works for you quite well? It's a common occurrence for me. Just need to reach for that fibre cable.

DLM only enables G.INP on quite stable lines. Not on error-prone ones like the OP's smile.

Line attenuation (dB): 21.0dB (no chance of G.fast for this line atten)
