Weird as BTw removed G.fast for both houses

BT Wholesale has removed 2 houses from 10 houses in my area for G.fast. No longer in use.

These two houses use to be on G.fast but now both has been removed off:

House 1

Seem so strange has BTw checker check the line for performance each weekly? I find it rather odd because 10 houses all on the same cable route to the same cabinet pcp. All 10 houses has varies in G.fast estimated from 198-330 except one house can get 330/50.

Hopefully my house are one of them for G.fast to be removed off soon!

My guess is: once the minimum downstream estimate is below a particular threshold, G.Fast is no longer available. Looking at those figures, maybe it's 150M.

The data models are refined over time, and I suspect real-world experience with G.Fast has shown that the models could be too optimistic and so some parameters were tweaked.

Why you want your property to *lose* the ability to order G.Fast, I don't know. The only thing which has changed is the estimated speed, not the actual speed that you would achieve if you ordered it.

I think his point is that btw are being inconsistent from one week to the next in what is available to a property,what would be the position if either of those properties had ordered gfast when btw considered it viable and was up and running would it be disabled/removed now that they don't consider it viable?

If a service is up and running then it would not be removed at the property.

My new ISP told me BTw computer say NO to G.fast as it NOT available to order for my property. Clearly something wrong with BTw checker.

Are you wanting to order G.fast? I thought FTTP was now available at your house?

FTTP is NOT PLANNED at the moment for my area, don't think it will not come because of G.fast around here.
