How does one go about getting this kind of thing fixed?

In the drop down select the option I cannot get broadband but my neighbours can.
Failing that just take it to the CEO.

Yeah BT Openreach via Twitter now sends you that same link, especially when multi addresses are submitted to be resolved.

That sounds like the generic response, I have had similar responses when I had them resolve errors in their database for 3 homes near me.

Give it 3 to 5 days it might get resolved by then.

Either way, as of today it is fixed and my address is showing as able to receive FTTC
