New Build: Openreach FTTP database

A friend is about to move into a new build house.
The ONT is installed (though wasn't switched on when she visited)

She's tried to order a service, but although her postcode is on the drop down menu, her house number isn't

She's ordering via Sky, but I assume this will be driven by Openreach's database, which hasn't updated yet.

What's the current situation regarding updates, and is there anything she can do to 'bump' it ?

Does https://www.openreach.com have the house in its checker?

Does the address appear on the Royal Mail database yet? If not, report it missing online.

As suggested by Highland76 it needs to be reported to Royal Mail as missing if it does not appear on their database - here

Yep, she did that when she got no result back

You can, but you should get in touch with Royal Mail using that link I provided earlier. Once Royal Mail update the database then you might find Sky update their database as well.

What do you mean by no result?

It may take sometime for them to reply to her.

OK, so has she followed the steps Highland76 advised and informed Royal Mail?
