A friend is about to move into a new build house.
The ONT is installed (though wasn't switched on when she visited)
She's tried to order a service, but although her postcode is on the drop down menu, her house number isn't
She's ordering via Sky, but I assume this will be driven by Openreach's database, which hasn't updated yet.
What's the current situation regarding updates, and is there anything she can do to 'bump' it ?
