Excellent then she needs to wait for Royal Mail to get back to her, or keep checking until the address is on the Royal Mail database online.

She phoned up Sky yesterday and placed a verbal order, all signed up now.

Well that's good, lets hope by the time her contract is up for renewal her address has been added to the RM database.
