Talktalk Fibre 65

Hi all.
I moved from Talktalk Fibre 35 to Talktalk Fibre 65 this week. Switchover done in the exchange the following day. I'm not sure something is right though. On the previous package I had approx 38 Mbps down and about 9 up. I now have exactly the same down speed but about 18 up. Any ideas?
The modem data shows the line is syncing at just above 76000kbps down and 19800 down. I haven't spoken to Talktalk yet as was letting the line settle but nothing has changed with the above numbers in the last 3 days.
What other data might you want to make an educated guess?

Turn the Talktalk hub off for 30 minutes and see if that fixes things.
It often does with Talktalk.

And it worked again. I had rebooted the hub previously but not left it off for a long period. Download speeds now as expected. An early Xmas present. Much appreciated....
