Technicolour dwa0120 g.Fast?

Hi,

I am due to get my line upgraded next week to gfast with an estimated speed of 325mb.
I have been sent a router in the post - technicolor dwa0120. It looks as if it only supports adsl2 an vdsl2?
I suspect it may be incorrect as I cannot find any spec on the internet confirming it supports g.fast?
I contacted my new ISP and was told it will work!?!
Could anyone confirm this is a suitable modem/router? Or am I right in thinking it's not going to work & my install will be a disaster!

Could it be that your new ISP has ordered an Openreach supplied standalone g.Fast modem, then the router you have been sent will connect to that ?

If you tell the forum who you have ordered through there might be someone with specific info.

The provider is Shell energy. If anyone has any experience with them.
( I suggested this when I phoned to query it but they didn't seem to know!)
But on a brighter note if openreach supply a standalone modem I could probably just connect my Asus router and not need the technicolour at all!! 😁
