Our telephone pole got its CBT installed all the way back in July, and when I asked one of the engineers, they said it should be ready to order within a month or so.
It's now December and no changes on the BT Wholesale checker, or any emails from the Openreach "Keep me updated" thing since July.
Half of the village has been able to order for over 6 months now, and I haven't seen anywhere near as many vans around since.
Is there an email address I can use to query this delay? As far as I can see, the system could just need updating, as many roads around us are able to order. I've been out of contract since May waiting for FTTP to be available, and am itching to get off the price I'm paying for FTTC.
