Looking on https://www.roadworksscotland.org/ for my local area (G728SE) shows some general construction markers for Virgin Media. One says “Lay duct to link two BT chambers“ could this mean expansion to my area?
Virgin Media may be their business division whom could be installing a link for a business, which could easily be a connection for a mobile phone mast.
