Frustrating lack of FTTP despite local houses with it

[link to this post]

Really getting annoyed and frustrated with the lack of reasoning and total brick wall regarding FTTP in my estate.

Moved into a 2012-2013 built bellaway estate a couple years back and since have been trying (and failing!) to get FTTP to my house. The link below display an outline to the area

I live in the FTTC area, but the FTTP area is the same estate built by the same developer.

Also across the road another estate built around the same time has FTTP to the whole lot.

I'm at a total loss why my part has been missed out. Our FTTC maxes out at around 25/30mb, although i'm using a 4G broadband connecting as its faster and surprisingly more stable.

Last year i had a FTTPoD quote with Cerberus which came back at £8,640.00+VAT (More than the desktop quote!)

Pushed Openreach and local council but just nothing.

The FTTP area south of you was built in 2017-2018 so most likely came under the free FTTP installation Openreach was offering developers. The area north no idea really but as they have ADSL available I'm guessing FTTP was a more viable option than FTTC.
